These properties were located in over 70 markets across 29 states, sometimes involving modeling, mixed uses, and marketing that still remains largely unrealized and untested in South Carolina.

Jeff's clients often required services beyond marketing their property that involved highest and best use analysis, feasibility, market studies, lot pricing, cost-benefit study, construction cost, damage assessments, "Plan B" recommendations, and reasonable income/expense expectations.
