About Dave

I have lived and worked in the Lexington and Columbia area for most of my adult life and proudly call it home. I grew up on a small farm in southern Illinois and brought that work ethic with me to South Carolina. I earned a masters degree from the University of South Carolina. My strong background in math & science coupled with my business experience navigating contracts affords me the calm, reasoned approach that will help me guide you through the ins and outs of the local market and negotiate on your behalf.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful family and friends. My wife and I are blessed with three children - the two oldest of whom are married - and an awesome rescue pup who thinks she is a princess. I also enjoy watching the Braves, growing a few vegetables (especially peppers to make my own hot sauce and pepper jelly), playing tennis, and being a theatre dad.
